Complaint:pain and hight mobility to the apper bridges and fractures of the 35 crown
Dental history:olds treatmens and briges in the upper jaw
and scheletal prostezis to a bridge on the lower jaw
Medical history:
Clinical examination
-edentation biterminal upper and lower jaw
-periodontal in volvement most of the teeth
-fair oral hygiene
Treatment planning
a)-extractions all of the teeth two mobile prostesis for 6-9 months , implants and fixed teeth in one or two stages
b)-extractions all of the teeth and fixed teeth on basal implants in immediate loading
Implant treatment with BCS in immediate loading
Pacient can not afford both jaw in the same time .We repair the lower prostesis ,and make the upper jaw with BCS implant and fixed teeth in immediate loading
Plastics abutments on the tehnician model and plastic caps
On the right side on the tuberopterygoid implant we are use a 25 ˚adapter for parallelization
After 3 days final work cemented with Fuji+
To have an equal length on bouth side and low presure to the pterigoidian implants we are grind the molar to the prostesis and left all the mastication forces to the premolar zone until the finalization on the lower jaw.
After 2 months the pacient come from the lower jaw
While from the upper jaw we are used plastic caps where the plastic abatements are filled in the caps ,to the lower jaw we are use other tehnic from the lateral implants
The final restoration with metal to plastic gingiva and composit teeth
The tehnician work before final cimentation
The final work after 3 months upper and 1 month lower it can see the retraction to the gingiva after the extractions
Masticatory surface remained into the poligon between molar 1and premolar 1
